T O P I C R E V I E WApollo-SoyuzI am doing some research on covers that were flown during the Apollo Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) in 1975. What is known is cosmonaut Valery Kubasov flew a total of 25 covers which he had autographed by all five crewmembers and dated when they were signed. I have already been contact with collectors knowledgeable in this matter. I have the space auction catalogs back to 2001 which I'll look through to see if any were sold over the years. Any cS member with any information and/or scans of covers, please email me with your information. As everyone may know, ASTP is my collecting specialty. I have a collection I exhibit at stamp shows around the country. I hope to hear from you soon. yeknom-ecapsJohn, Ben Ramkissoon's via Les Winick flown ASTP cover was just sold in the Regency-Superior auction.cosmos-walterDuring Apollo-Soyuz, Valeri Kubasov presented each astronaut with three different stationeries postmarked at Baikonur on launch day. They were signed on board. I guess, the U.S. astronauts took their covers back to Earth with Apollo. Any opinions?Editor's note: Threads merged.
